Recruiting cleaners, then keeping them

A good cleaner stays when everything is clear: upcoming cleanings, what each one pays, the access codes. An Airbnb cleaner app puts all of it in one place, in their language.

To recruit, invite someone you trust by their number, or use “Find a cleaner”: the app shows who is available around the property. CleanClac takes no commission.

Several cleaners per property

Attach two or three cleaners to each property: only they can be assigned there. Offer a cleaning to several of them, and the first to accept takes it.

Everyone marks their own days off. A cleaning already planned that day goes back to be scheduled, you are notified, and automatic assignment takes it into account.

Delegating without opening everything

As your portfolio grows, hand an area to a co-manager. They create and assign the cleanings of their properties, invite cleaners and set rates, without seeing the rest or the subscription.

You keep control of the team, and the reports show the activity, time spent and cost of each cleaner.

One conversation per property

Each cleaner has one conversation per property, which the property’s co-manager follows too, with photos, finished cleanings, incidents and one-tap calls. Once removed from the team, they lose their access and their upcoming cleanings go back to be scheduled.

Everyone in their own language

The app speaks six languages. Each member picks theirs: screens, notifications and emails follow, and catalogue tasks show up translated. A cleaner can also work for several managers, all gathered in the same app.
